You would almost think this quality bike was made for the rough Ugandan terrain. As soon as you get on this lightweight aluminium bike, you feel confident, ready to brave the climbs, and you can shift smoothly through 11 gears, ensuring you are never pedalling too lightly or too heavily and can always keep up.
The Specialized 29er Mountain Bike Rockhopper features hydraulic disc brakes, tubeless tyres, and extra suspension from the front fork.
Given the uneven terrain, it is easiest to cycle with flat pedals. Do you still prefer to wear clipless shoes? That is possible too. Simply bring your own clip-in pedals, and our Ugandan team will fit them for you as soon as we are ready to start. To make your ride as comfortable as possible, it also includes a mount for your Garmin, so your routes are tracked and others back home can enjoy your adventures too.

This e-mountain bike is ideal for the rough Ugandan terrain. It is equipped with a Turbo Full Power 2.0E Motor and a 530 Wh battery. Although these specs might not mean much to you, it essentially means you can pedal for hours and have plenty of power to tackle climbs. Even the steepest hills and mountain passes are no problem at all with this Tero 3.0.
Naturally, the e-mountain bike’s motor can be adjusted to your own capability. Do you prefer to cycle certain sections without too much effort, or do you like to breeze past everyone else on the tough parts? You control the power.
